Great Yoga Reads!

What a great book! If you ever want to experience Yoga off your mat, off the physical plane and take that next step, than this is the book for you. Recommended by my teacher Stephanie Adams. I cant say enough good things about this book. I've read it numerous times.

Our bodies hold our emotions and past experiences with in our body. Sometimes, when we experience chronic pain within our bodies, its more about what emotions we are holding, than it is simply physical alignment. If your curious about this subject, than you will enjoy this book.

This book was really inspiring to me. Its a quick easy read if your looking for something motivating, and inspirational. I could easily read it again and again.

I am not a Buddha, but I loved this story. It says a lot about educating yourself in all religions, or even just something beyond one. I really enjoyed this light easy read.

A great read going about the ethics of living a yoga life, just a few of the limbs on the 8 limb path. She is witty and bring a real sense of her own experiences and great examples in getting the message across. I loved it.

I love this book. I cant tell you how many times I have used this book in class. Alot of great short stories, with great examples living yoga on and off your mat.

A year of living your Yoga by Judith Lasater

More great little quotes, and wonderful pieces of inspiration to keep you on your yoga journey.

The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are
