Power Yoga Master Class

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Learn to let go of all of the busyness

Come join in a 2 hour power vinyasa yoga class, where you will build strength, find flexibility and most of all learn to let go of your busy mind. The ultimate goal in yoga is coming to a place where you can let go of all your thoughts, give your mind a break, while you balance out your body. We spend our days busy, busy, busy, and then struggle to let it go. Often times, an hour class is just not enough, for our busy minds.

This class is designed for people with a basic understanding of Yoga. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, the class is taught with plenty of options. Though, the basic understanding of what the poses are and how they fit your body is encouraged. If you are struggling with how the basic poses should feel for you, please let me know, and I can direct you to the next Yoga Fundamentals workshop in your area. The Power Yoga class is a flowing class, where we will move with single breaths to build heat within your body, and then hold strength building poses, this power yoga class will contain plenty of opening poses, and end with a long final relaxation, so that you can enjoy the empty space your mind will enjoy.

What you will need: A Yoga Mat, water, and a sweat towel. Props are always encouraged, a strap and/or block.
