Howdy Folks,
A new Year is rapidly approaching, and as I glance at my schedule, I am looking at times slots that are available for more workshops. These are an enjoyment for me to teach, as I love spreading the word of Yoga, and allowing people to start to feel comfortable in their bodies again. If you are you looking for a workshop at your club, fitness center, office building? Here are some of the workshops that I offer.
Yoga Boot Camp: A 2 day workshop teaching the art of letting go, while practicing Yoga for 3 classes, each one getting longer, challenging your body and your mind.
Yoga Fundamentals: A 3 hour workshop, teaching the basics of Yoga, with an emphasis on the Bandhas, Pranayama and breaking down the Sun Salutations. This workshop includes a 1hour class
Yoga Nidra: A one hour class teaching you how to let go and find relaxation while staying awake.
Yoga Therapy Workshops: Classes based on specific areas of the body such as Chronic Back Pain, Neck and upper back, Sciatica, or hips. These are classes for more than one person, its usually a small class with specific needs.
All of these workshops can be taught anywhere that has a space big enough for all of the people interested in participating, and has controlled temperature, in a relatively quiet area. If you are interested in any of these workshops please feel free to email me at presentwithkris@hotmail.com
