Carson Hot Springs Yoga Retreat
Enjoy a calming weekend of yoga with Kris, while stepping away from your day to day routine and dive deep into the practice of yoga. you will have the opportunity to experience meditation and learn the 8 limbs of yoga and how they can change your life.
Classes: Friday Night: Gentle Yoga class & Intro to Meditation; Saturday Am Yoga & Discussion time; Saturday PM Yoga & Discussion time; Sunday am Yoga & discussion. Each class is about 2hrs, that includes discussion time.

Lodging & Food additional (lodging is really inexpensive. If you want to share a room, you can get it as low as $50 a night or up to $108/night.)
Spend free time in self reflection, hiking, massage or Bath & Wrap.
Payment plans available - Billing would be $45/ Mo
for November thru February. Payment would be due on the 1st of every
month. You can start as early as October, and save the last month to
reserve your hotel. please email Kris to set up payment plans @

Kris has the right to cancel, if minimum attendance is not met
