A fun day in Yoga!

I just taught the most wonderful class to the most willing students ever! I teach a regular yoga class at Bally Total Fitness in Fairview, and at the first of every month the class is about the new theme of the month, i usually try and make this class different from my usual classes, in order to add more variety to my classes, and to make it more interesting.

Well, todays class was about letting go of the Judgement and Expectations and finding creativity and laughter while we flowed with our self made practice. This really gave them the opportunity, to do what they really enjoy, learning to just be creative, and do this with music they probably havent flowed to before. I really threw some different music at them, allowing them to explore. After our flow, we played a couple of yogi games, and than found final relaxtion.

I just loved seeing all of their smiles, and hearing the laughter through the class. We even had the rest of the gym trying to figure out what we were doing in our YOGA class...I had a few people that dont usually take yoga, that were out on the gym floor ask what we were doing. It was truly a beautiful moment of community, creativity and laughter! I truly wish you all could've been there.

I would just like to take a moment to thank all of my mentors, that have been there along the way inspiring me to be the teacher that I am. I truly feel blessed and honored, to share what I love.
