July 2009 Yoga Schedule at Bally's!

This month's yoga practice at Bally's I will be teaching yoga from a different point of view. Being a yogi is more than just practicing asana (poses), its about finding balance within your whole body, including your mind. Tto explore these other avenues of finding balance within your body come check out what is being taught this month. (if you are not a member of Bally's and would still like to check out these classes, you are welcome to drop in for a $10 guest fee.)

Monday, July 6th - Positive Thinking
Wednesday, July 8th - Authentic Self
Monday, July 13th - Yamas
Wednesday, July 15th - Niyamas
Monday, July 20th - Chakras
Wednesday, July 22nd - Pranayama (breath)
Monday, July 27th - Nidra
Wednesday, July 29th - Meditiation

Each class will go into the basics of each subject, more information will be available for self study, if you are interested please see me after class.
