Howdy Folks,
I am getting ready to schedule the Power Yoga Workshops, but as I am scheduling it, I want to make it available to as many of you as possible. So I need your help. What day would you prefer to take it? Friday Night, Saturday early afternoon, Saturday evening, Sunday early afternoon?
This will be a vigorous 2 hour yoga class, focusing on a lot of strength for the first half of our class, and long active stretching in the last half of our class. More will be posted as the class becomes available. But before we get to that, lets hear what time works best for you???
