Did you know that you can rent Yoga videos through Youtube now? Well, dont worry, it was a surprise to me too. I Love the idea that I cant rent movies anytime, and especially get to preview them before purchasing them. I though the idea was phenomenal.They have some great videos on there, from people like Rodney Yee, as well as other related videos regarding your health put on by the Mayo Clinic. If you are interested in Pilates, they've got that too. How about Qigong? They've got it...Check it out for yourself here.
